Villa Vacation & Holiday Rental
Rent the entire Coyote Mountain luxury villa, including 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, dining room, full professional
kitchen, living room with fireplace, inner courtyard, fountains, gardens, and the observatory tower. The property sleeps 8-12
persons.
Included is access to the 70-acre private nature preserve, including tropical forest, hiking trails, creeks, and freshwater
springs. This amazing property encompasses an entire mountaintop in the Tilaran mountain chain.
Minimum rental: 3 days. Daily tarrif: from $600.00 to $750.00. Weekly discount: pay for 6 days and get 7 days. (Rates
may be higher during peak periods).
Cancellation policy: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon making your reservation, based on total value of the reservation.
Balance due within 30 days. 100% non-refundable 21 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures are considered cancellation.
