Included is access to the 70-acre private nature preserve, including tropical forest, hiking trails, creeks,
and freshwater springs. This amazing property encompasses an entire mountaintop in the Tilaran mountain chain.

Minimum rental: 3 days. Daily tarrif: from $600.00 to $750.00. Weekly discount: pay for 6 days and get 7 days. (Rates
may be higher during peak seasons such as late December/early January).
Cancellation policy: 50% non-refundable deposit due upon making the reservation. Balance is due 30 days after making
the reservation and is completely non-refundable 21 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures are considered cancellation.

The Villa Rental provides complete comfort and can be staffed with a cook, maid, and concierge. the living room has a
wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. All bedrooms come complete with amenities, linens, and towels. The professional kitchen
has a commercial 6-burner range, a 4-burner cooktop, large refrigerator-freezer, small refrigerator, and 3 sinks. There is
plenty of hot water, a washer and dryer, and handcrafted tropical hardwood furniture throughout.
The property is located in its own secluded valley overlooking the Costa Rica countryside and Pacific Ocean. Access is
easy via San Ramon, off the Inter-American Highway north of San Jose. The road is paved to within the last 2 km, and is upgraded
from there to the Hacienda. The lively city of San Ramon is about 1/2 hour drive away, and has full services, including a
farmer's market, mall, and supermarkets.
